What is this Food Distribution Program?

This is a USDA government program, federally recognized, and you can only be certified into one food program in any given month - SNAP (Food Stamps), or FDPIR. If you are caught receiving benefits from both programs at the same time, you could lose your privileges to either or both programs and have to submit repayment to those programs.

Due to lack of storage space, our Food Distribution Program is currently not taking any more clients at this time but you are more than welcome to fill out an application that we can keep on file for when we have an opening.

Tracey Howard is currently working with FDPIR to provide our clients with their food.

Please call the main office to schedule an appointment.

Our Food Program Coordinator sets up appointments with our clients to pick up their boxes of commodities every month, once a month. An appointment is a must. If you miss your appointment you must reschedule. If you do not pick up your commodities before the last business day of the month, you forfeit those items for that month.

There are absolutely no exceptions to this rule.

  • The amount of food received and the types of food that are given vary each month

What does our Food Program have to offer our clients?

To your left is a sample of a one month supply of food for a household of three (3).

May 31, 2018 is our last day for food distributions! We apologize for any inconvenience

  • You are eligible to receive various canned goods, dry goods, frozen foods, fresh produce and dairy products
