Our first development will be the 4-plex
Each housing unit will have three (3) bedrooms and two (2) bathrooms with all of the necessary living rooms and storage space, complete with an outside deck.

We have currently completed this grant.
We will continue to take applications for mold remediation to demonstrate a "need" within our community to apply for future funding.
Our Tribe has completed the infrastructure work on our Tract 18 lot and will begin the construction of a four-plex and tri-plex for rental units. There are 6 remaining lots to develop - we will define the scope of this development project based on the community need.

We are now accepting applications to start a waiting list for the Tract 18 development on East Hamilton next to Windy Way.
There are four (4) categories of available housing grants for interim improvements, repairs and renovation, and replacement housing
Category (A) $7,500 in safety or sanitation repairs to the home
Category (B) $60,000 renovation to bring your home to standard housing conditions
Category (C) A modest house (can only be provided once)
Category (D) Assistance towards the purchase of a modest house (maximum of $75,000)
